The Townhomes at Twin Buttes
6 units, at the corner of Twin Buttes Avenue and Wood Rose Lane are listed for sale, and some are ready for occupancy. They consist of three buildings with two townhomes in each, so every home is an end unit. Size ranges from 2224 to 3144 square feet.
The Terraces will eventually include three buildings, two with 3 units and one with 4 units, located on Twin Buttes Avenue at the eastern edge of the Tipple neighborhood (our first neighborhood).
